Landsker Construction's  founder and director Steve Phillips, who originally hales from Haroldston St. Issell's, Pembrokeshire, Wales (the same as Queenstown's late founder William Gilbert Rees) has worked in construction the Wakatipu basin for over ten years. Steve is a New Zealand qualified builder who has many years of experience in the many sectors of construction -- ranging from commercial, residential and retail shop fit-outs.
